Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat Review | GamingonPhone

Vince writes, "Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat isn’t breaking new ground. It’s got some decent parts, like controls and graphics, but the story lacks that hook, and the gameplay gets a bit samey after a while. It’s like trying to bring back the old-school coolness, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark. Review: Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat - Destructoid

Timothy Monbleau: "Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat is one of the most joyless games I’ve ever played. Its combat system doesn’t even come close to living up to the Devil May Cry legacy, and any entertainment that could have come from it is buried under its overwhelmingly aggressive monetization. It is, at best, functional, and at worst, utterly devoid of any value. If this is the peak of combat, I’ll just hang out at base camp."

Mobile shovelware.

With this and DRM I see Capcom becoming the next Konami

Capcom has been on their best run since ever for several years now. Nothing about this correlates to Konami's current output.
