Helldivers 2 Patch 1.000.103 Adds More Balance and EXO-45 Stability

We recently had our first major patch for Helldivers 2, and with it came the first wave of nerfs and buffs to the balance. We've been back in the normal patch rotation for a week now as the game settles into a balanced state.

Previously, Patch 1.000.102 took a big swing at the enemy balance of the game, while today's update has a focus on yet more balance, while taking on some specific issues with the EXO-45.
