The Sims 5's PC and Android pre-release builds are now circulating the internet forums. The Denuvo DRM was also discovered on the PC build.
Even if EA does not push on with creating the Sims 5, the company still has ways of dominating the life simulation genre of gaming.
A new The Sims 5 leak was posted on Reddit recently, showing off the game's furniture customization and work-in-progress character models.
Watch EA sell you this game piece by piece over the next 8 years. It should have the fundamentals right off, like weather/seasons, pets and children, and the ability to have apartments, but I’m sure it won’t. They would have a better and more successful game from the start and fans would rejoice. EA could then sell tons of cosmetics and new item packs and still make millions but instead greed will prevail and they’ll paywall basic gameplay elements. Such is the industry these days, it’s sad and hard to get excited about the new version of that game you like when you know it’s riddled with MTX and greedy corporate dev tactics to sell you a $200 game.
Project Rene, believed to be The Sims 5, has been plagued by leaks since its launch, and recent rumors show the leaks aren't ending any time soon.
Android... Uh oh
Load of crap.
"denuvo to protect the dlc's" the amount of dlc for SIMS 4 is disgusting, SIMS 5 is gonna be another bare bones experience with stuff packs and expansions up the wazoo.
Ew
Makes me glad games like Paralives are coming out to replace The Sims, because apparently EA is now too incompetent to make a game that's even as good as The Sims 3
