Yeah, nah, I've got backlog of over 1000 games on Steam as it is, who knows how much it is when I factor in GOG, Epic and other store front purchases. I'll probably never be able to play all those games in my life time. Then there's all the games on the Switch and 3DS I haven't finished, then I've got over 300 games on the PS4.

I think I'm as far from "RARE PC casual" as you can get mate.

That's fine with me (my PC trades blows with the PS5), there's also plenty to play as it is, so I think I can wait a couple of years for those 5 or so PS exclusives.

Seems to be Sony are doing full games 2 years after on PC and any DLC 1 year later then playstation versions.

I believe Sony themselves said that sales slowed down tremendously after the game appeared on PS Plus, thus confirming the lost of sales of games going onto a subscription model too early much less day one.

Which such realization I’m guessing Sony decided to release the game on PC early to recoup some lost sales.

I really wonder, if Xbox exits the hardware space, will Sony bother keeping up with game subscription model? They can't really afford to burn themselves like Microsoft does, so they might slow right down to generate some more software sales.

I didn't think it could get much better than ps5 on vrr but man was I wrong this PC trailer is stunning.

If the PS Pro can pull these sorts of enhancements off I may have a change of heart about it

Being a PC gamer is spending a ton of money and waiting years after a game releases. There's a creative modding scene though.

My PC currently has over 3 grand in it. It's an absolute beast. My point is, money isn't a concern for me with gaming. I could easily go out right now and buy a PS5, but it is absolutely not worth it at this point. PS5 games are surely a nice addition to the PC gaming library, but nothing Sony releases has me urging to run out and buy a PS5. Tons of games to play in the PC world and I'd rather play Horizon, GoW, TLOU on PC where the experience will be significantly better. Plus, they usually release the game with all the DLC, so win/win. Same goes for Xbox, makes zero sense to have an Xbox when I subscribe to PC Gamepass. Honestly, the only console I consider buying is the Switch OLED, because emulating can be finicky. Lastly, not a shot a Sony here, I enjoy their games.

Imagine living in 2024 and your gaming library is discs lol. You do realize PC gamers get games much cheaper than console, right? I can't tell you the last new release I paid full price for. I could absolutely care less about owning a physical disc to a game. Different strokes for different folks. If you enjoy owning a disc of a game from over a decade ago, awesome. I could personally care less man. Also, steam ain't going anywhere man, I ain't worried about it.

it will blow the ps5 out of the water for sure. not the greatest game allready played on ps5, but maybe i buy the dlc this time and check how the game look running maxed out at 120fps. Good thing pc support dualsense and all its features too. when i use gamepad on pc its always the dualsense.

This game is going to be absolutely stunning on PC. I'm so excited to replay it at 120fps, true 4K with everything maxed.

Still probably a game best played with a PS5 controller though.
