I grew up in a country where we didnt have the majority of consoles you guys had in the rest of the world. My consoles were a Sega 16, and a Microgenius (which I think was a knock off Nintendo NES), I traveled to UK once as a child and bought a Sega Mortal Kombat game, but it was a Sega Genesis (or whatever it was called), and the damn game wouldnt fit into my console. I resorted to cutting the edges of the cartridge to get it to fit in my desperation (imagine that)! Lol

Needless to say it wouldn't run it.

Xenosaga was probably my favorite RPG story on PS2 ( still have the whole trilogy) it was basically lord of the ring in space in terms of scope.

Blood will tell is still one of my favorite concepts (since it's based on Dororo one of my favorite mangas), I still don't understand how didn't a big studio take Dororo and made a big game for it, the potential is insane, give it to someone who is not afraid to adapt it faithfully, you have to win the visuals back with winning your eyes, win your ears back to have the soundtrack play etc

I still have regrets not grabbing Rule of Rose at this used movie store a couple of years ago. I had no idea it was some rare game. I almost got it just cause it looked neat.

I'm glad I took a chance when I bought Kuon. The PS@ was a fantastic console for Japanese horror games. I still have my copy clean and boxed.

I remember i played God Hand new and loved it. Awhile later a Blockbuster or Video Ezy was selling a pile of brand new looking God Hands for like $10 a pop. I liked the game so much i figured i'd buy a couple more. Obviously with these prices I wish i bought more than 2 which even at the time felt silly, but more than this - i wish i bought more also knowing they were no doubt just thrown into the trash eventually!

I have a couple high valuable PS2 games, primarily Robot Alchemic Drive and Samurai Western. But nothing that breaks the $200 mark. Most other games in my collection sit at around $30-$50

I had a copy of Godhand but it was stolen 😒
