I wouldn’t call that a sleeper hit. Everybody who’s played the early access knew it was going to be the best RPG ever. Sleeper Hit implies that its success was unexpected.

Whether or not the early access people knew... most gamers didn't know this game even was coming out or had heard of the franchise. Then it hit and boom everyone is talking about it.

My personal sleeper hit this year was Baldur's Gate 3. I expected the game to be alright but too ambitious, however it smashed through initial expectations. Otherwise Lies of P looks good and I might pick it up for Christmas.
