Mario Kart 8 Deluxe update just released a new version 2.4.0, and the patch notes have come in from Nintendo.

It nice to see them still supporting the game, but at the same time I'd wish they'd just move onto the next one.

My issue with a new one: It's gonna be the same gameplay, the graphics will be new and fresher.. Not a bad thing for those who like it, but for me it's gotten stale. Diddy Kong Racing did the single player at least, far better in my opinion.

my theory is, that the game will be on the new switch with all the new tracks as a sort of Launch bundle game.

Im glad, I love the athens course but I want NEW CARS dammit! at least 2 more vehicles.
