Apple Vision Pro isn't interested in VR gaming as it is a spatial computing platform first and foremost, with no immersive games in sight.
Sony has attempted to clarify its recent removal of social media posts related to the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake.
I mean if it was canceled they would say it right? What would be the reason to not say it at this point. And if they have as much control as it's claimed, why would they cancel it over just releasing it eventually?
Do rockstar still owe Sony a game with the LA Noire situation? Obviously it was supposed to be "Agent".
My guess is Sony will try and get a 1 year exclusive deal for GTA 6 maybe for the game they owe them unless that's been sorted ages ago.
There may not be an Xbox handheld, but the xScreen can make your Series S a little more portable.
I have this screen... its excellent. I hope they make one in black for the new SS.
It's good that Xbox is showing a major commitment to their main console. Now everyone knows exactly what to expect for the rest of the gen.

From what I understand, this wasn’t developed by Xbox but rather developed ‘for’ Xbox by a third party. It seems like a cool option for Series S owners.
Allowing official add-ons to a console is a commitment to that console. I am not sure how everyone is getting so confused.
Can’t speak for anyone else but the only thing that has me confused is why you would think that their endorsement of a third-party developed peripheral constitutes a ‘major’ commitment to their own console.
I would have thought the simple fact they R&D’d, marketed, manufactured, and shipped the Series S to retailers for sale to consumers would have shown you their ‘major’ commitment.

It's not for gaming. The preso acknowledges that it is display and an interactivity companion and selling ignorant new users on the idea of big screen tacked with VR/AR bullshi7 sprinkles. Even for open development, it makes no sense atm at these prices (no base). The apple-fever gamers and game sites need to let this go. It's not for you. Duh.
For that price it's definitely not anything I want.

I bet it’s good. I’m sure the display is getting closer to what we want VR to be. I’ve always thought we are not quite there yet… still pixelated. This could be a game changer… micro oled. I’d love to see it… I do hope someone manages to get PC VR running on this someway just to see the experience…
