This list consists of over 54% of the currently available Xbox 360 games released since the consoles' launch in 2005. While still quite a ways to go before completion, it is never-the-less a great start and helpful guide for everyone who is considering installing games to their Xbox 360 HDDs.

Keiichiro Toyama—the creator and original director of the 1999 Silent Hill—shared his personal thoughts on the recently announced remake by Konami, reflecting on what the project means to him after more than two decades:
“I felt something similar when the game was adapted into a movie. It deeply moved me to see the names of the characters and locations I had created come to life visually, even though I wasn’t directly involved. That wouldn’t have been possible without the continued support of the fans and the dedication of the developers who’ve kept the series alive.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how the remake evolves this time. With the advanced technology we now have, I’m sure I’ll be surprised by how the game is reimagined. Since the original was built for the first PlayStation, there will naturally be challenges—like the camera and controls—but I’m eager to see bold and creative solutions to those elements.”
Haha Not only is bold and creatively not what the industry wants, it’s not what most people want.
They want to get scammed and pay twice for a thing they already own.
Was the SH2 remake even bold? Or was it more or less just a 1 to 1 over the shoulder remake?
Game Rant interviews Plants vs. Zombies composer Peter McConnell about honoring the series’ quirky roots, adapting its themes, and now going vinyl.
The score for the first Plants Vs Zombies is such great, iconic music that it has a timeless quality. Not quite the level of Minecraft, but wonderful in its own right.
The voice actors for Arthur Morgan and Charles Smith have vaguely confirmed a claim by Rob Wiethoff (voice of John Marston) that big news related to the Red Dead franchise will be coming "before Friday."
I hope it's a remake of the 1st game. But it's probably just the PS5 version of Red Dead Redemption 2
I hope a PS5 upgrade launches on the same day as announcement & it costs no more than $10. I already bought the Ultimate Edition once, they got good money from me.
I stopped playing completely 2 years ago until they did 60fps. I really didn't expect it would take this long & I didn't want to start completely over on PC.
My wish is that its optimized for current gen machines, with some sort of story expansion. Undead nightmare 2! My 2nd wish is that it just shadow drops on the day of the announcement!.
I'd like to encourage everyone to contribute to this list if possible, whether via PM here or by posting in the thread on CAG. While i doubt we can get EVERY game, i'd like to try at the very least.
Seems like most does not speed up, but actually has worse load times.
Hopefully for the XB360 crowd it will at least reduce the disk scratching and noise levels. Could be a problem with the limited disk capacity though.
Just upgraded my PS3 to 250GB (from 60GB) as I ran out of disk space last week with the latest install. Seems like the encrypted FAT32 on the PS3 is as much a space waster as the normal FAT32. What is the XB360 filesystem?
wait, i thought installs were a bad thing
I WANTED to be impressed with the game install feature on NXE, but I can't, do you know why?
Crackdown isn't supported, the game that needed speeded up load times the MOST, is NOT supported. All in all, I just find it a little bit pointless.
I installed Earth Defence Force 2017 and no real obvious differences, I expected the aliens to stream off the disc smoother instead of that 1 second gap of the game freezing and it loads the next load of enemies on the screen and on the whole make it more taxing, but alas that did not work.
Sure it makes the 360 quieter, but its really not worth that space, I'd rather use that space to fill with decent XBLA games.
Anyone who finds game installs on 360 handy, good for you, for me its personally a bit of a let down and a little bit on the whole, pointless.
The only game I have installed is GTA IV and it improves load times and frame-rate by a considerable amount.
