That's honestly amazing, I put a lot of time in to 4, 5 and later 6 as a teen, will have to get on these soon myself.

My brother and I got to play them all during their original release, and I would revisit them over the years. But I honestly think capcom underestimated just how much the fans have been FIENDING for these games. They were great back then, and still hold up. Maybe all this support will lead capcom to give us all the Japanese exclusive content and games, lol but I won’t hold my breath

I was wishing for a remake, i qould happy with just with graphics similar to megaman 11... I hope this success will give them motive to do so

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Vol. 1 review - ChristCenteredGamer

CCG writes - "Overall, the first three games, often considered the finest in the Megaman Battle Network series by fans, come very highly recommended. It's easy to learn and difficult to master, and any fans of Mega Man or RPGs will surely enjoy this. It's not very expensive to purchase and you get some great value if you purchase both collections together as well."

Good to hear, glad to see Capcom back on track.

Capcom does well when they actually listen to their fans. Maybe someday they will completely understand that.

You prefer reboots for $60 than new games then?

TheColbertinator60d ago

I liked MH Rise, SF6 and Resident Evil Village all very much.

But I would be unfair to say the recent Resident Evil 4 remake and 30th Anniversary Street Fighter games were shoddy throw away titles.

Christopher60d ago

RE4 remake and SF6 everywhere, not really surprised to see results as such.

Huey_My_D_Long60d ago

Capcom has been killing it for about 5 years now.
Now do Ace Attorney 7 goddamn it.

Agent7560d ago

Proves how dire the gaming industry is. Resident Evil reboots. That’s the best you can expect from CAPCOM. CAPCOM died after the Dreamcast/PlayStation 2/Xbox/GameCube console generation.

Chriswheeler2259d ago

In between reboots we still got 7 and Village which were well received.

Add the Monster Hunter games already out, Dragond Dogma 2 otw, thats a better output over 6 to 7 years than alot of developers.
