WTMG's Todd Eggleston: "A surprise inclusion into PS VR2’s launch lineup, along with Firewall Ultra’s unfortunate exclusion from, Pavlov is the de facto title to grab if you are looking for a true multiplayer FPS on PS VR2. Even if it weren’t, Pavlov stands on its own two feet, as a highly competent entry (or re-entry) for anyone looking for a competitive shooter experience. If you were wanting and quick paced arcade shooter, Pavlov might feel like a baptism by fire, but it quickly translates for fans of both simulation and arcade."
Update 29 for VR shooter Pavlov VR brings many improvements, including PSVR2 crossplay.
The game has been updated to Unreal Engine 5.1 and the OpenXR standard. In addition, the standard maps and mods can now be played via crossplay with players on Playstation VR 2.
The PlayStation Brahs:
"The PlayStation Brah and James P. once again join forces to bring you the newest episode of the PlayStation BRAHcast, the official podcast of ThePSBrahs.com!"
VR and guns go together like burgers and cheese, bread and butter, beer and...you get the gist. Here are the 7 best VR shooters.
Farpoint was underrated at the time. Shame it faded away and Sony drifted from Impulse. I liked their talent n ambition.
Also, i tried to tell folks about Pavlov on PSVR but for whatever reason they don't listen. Mainstream media barely covered the game, it doesn't even have a Meta score. Just 3 reviews between pc/ps. 9, 9, 8. Wtf? Go to reddit. Watch some gameplay. Check it out. Pavlov. CoD VR. Kinda. Not really. Sorta. Ish.
Honestly SO much fun and brilliantly diverse game modes. This is a very popular shooter too, so there's always online matches available. LOVE this game!
