Not this time, clearly! It seems to me they might finally be ready to admit VR is a game changer and can be the best way to play a game. Certainly, with GT7 that has been my experience - it's mind blowing.
Essential Upgrade
I played this and Kayak VR. Both mind-blowing. Sony and Polyphony got it right. It seems Gran Turismo and VR is made for each other.
I'm glad to be going through GT7 for the first time in VR. I'm amazed at the car centric culture of this game. Such an appreciation and love for the history of cars... I'm learning a lot along the way.
And with the license tests it's like you're becoming an actual better driver after playing the game.
Other games I've played I too often win by shunting AI cars off the track, bouncing off of them on my turns, etc. Here I am inclined to make it through a race without a single bump.
PSVR2 gets better the longer I have it. I finally feel like the tech has reached the point where gaming on it feels like a whole new experience. Keep think about it during the day and how I am going to make time to use it in the evening.
