Five years have passed and you've given us some absolutely incredible games: the glorious Uncharted series, the brutal Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet, Motorstorm and Demon Soul's to name a few. We love them and will continue to shell out sixty bucks a pop for them, but to be honest, well, we believe you've got a few cards you're playing close to the chest -- cards which you need to throw down two months from now in Los Angeles. Demonsouls2
demonsouls is like the "ONLY" game this generation where newbs can't exist, only game on all 3 consoles.
A sequal would be epic, and the online component in the game just genious, jump in the campaign and already only, so expect to get invaded by enemy players and get pwned.
Edit: oh yeah, and a remake of metalgear 1&2, hideo should do this b4 he retires. A Cell powered, bluray processed, stunning visuals of young Snake face to face with BigBoss on a PS3 in all it's glory... Just pure EPIC.

First off Dying for a game is retarded because then you can't play it.
That said the only game I would (Insert similar extreme situation here) for would be Persona 5. I would like to see some other games but most of them are more then likely a matter of when not if.
The only one on this list that really interests me is Jet Moto. That game in full HD with stunning graphics would be crazy. However the rest I don't care about(Legend of Dragoon) or are gonna get a HD version sooner or later(Syphon Filter/Starhawk/Jak and Daxter)

Yeah, a new Twisted Metal would be awesome. I'll cross my fingers.
However, I'm not really clamoring for any of the games on their list, except for maybe a new Jak and Daxter. But even then, I would still rather see Naughty Dog working on another iteration of the Uncharted series over a new Jak and Daxter.
A new Twisted Metal and Killzone 3 would have to be two of the games I am most hoping for.
Five years? It hasn't even been 4 years yet!

This article starts off showing just how little the author knows. Sony has only had 3 years with the PS3. If they meant more than just PS3 then your looking at 20 years.
What was wrong with the visuals? Considering how large the levels were I thought they did a fantastic job with it.
ds had great graphics and FROM's art designs are second to none. those monsters are like something out of hp lovecraft's fever dreams.

Yes they aren't Uncharted/GOW3 style, but it's a much more open game than those.

Everyone has been whispering about Gabe Logan's sneaky return onto Sony's PlayStation 3. The last rumour that GameGuru heard about this project was with regard to a motion capture company working on facial animations for Syphon Filter 5. The series has always been in the shadow lurking around but never made the franchise as popular as other similar games in the genre.
However this is all set to change with their latest finding which shows them that Sony was/is indeed working on a game on the PS3's hardware.
This is really old news and this source is more vague on a SF PS3.
Reports of SF5 PS3 being in development were first discovered in Feb 2009 when it was leaked on the resume of a facial mo-cap team working on the game:

Obviously the game would have been in development as early as 2008 when this was originally discovered.
So I assume it will be announced at E3 this year.
its good to see the guys who worked on the series are making the game..unlike the case of socom...which now is finally being handled by zipper interactive...
So if it does come to the PS3, I will definitely be buying it. Since MGS is in a league of its own, SF could potentially be Sony's answer to Splinter Cell. Both are great games but with one being exclusive, Sony could only benefit from a title that rivals it.
Well, I'd heard a solid rumour or two in 2008 on this subject and as far as I know work has never stopped on the game(which should be pretty impressive if what I'm told is right)so E3 seems a pretty good bet for a reveal at long, long last!
After the impressive PSP returns it made sense to step it back up to home console status and unless the game loses it's way I see no reason we won't get this game some time in the next year.
Smart move Ubisoft! Hold on to the PS3 version of SCC while there are no games in the genre to compete with it, then drop it in time to compete with SF5.
It's like they want their games to fail! Bioshock has lost all hope of a good showing on the PS3 for the rest of the series, all in the name of timed exclusives, giving Sony's exclusive titles the chance to shine through. In 2007, all PS3 owners would have jumped on Bioshock! In 2008, there were just too many games to buy instead!
They should just charge MS double and make it a full exclusive. Unless it is a JRPG, that re-releases on PS3 with better graphics and more content, you are just wasting your time on the late PS3 version and sabotaging the rest of your series!
...and have been thinking the same thing for a while. Timed exclusives hurt sales on PS3. Every time there is a timed exclusive any excitement about the game is almost completely gone by the time it actually drops on PS3. OR there are PS3 exclusives that overshadow the now delayed title.
The only benefit to time exclusives I can recall this generation that seems to have done decently on PS3 might have been with Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 which had some extras but with less blood :(
Another game that comes to mind for me is Bioshock. It came out later and was cool but I wasn't as impressed by it when it finally dropped. Had no interest in part 2.
@Himdeel: i agree aswell and i think this timed exclusivity nonsense should just stop, either release it as multiplat day 1 or keep it exclusive permanently, it's hurting the sales of the games.
PS3 owners don't want to pay full price for a game that is essentially a year old, it might have bonus content to make it more appealing and the PS3 versions tend to be better but there is just no hype, no interest for the most part.
