The dark fantasy roguelite shooter, Witchfire, is coming later this year with the AI-enhanced performance of NVIDIA DLSS 3.
TSA writes: The overriding impression of Witchfire is that it is a very difficult game. Ammo is relatively scarce, enemies are plentiful and hard hitting and it is easy to find yourself dying in short order.
Witchfire is my GOTY and it’s not even complete. Everything from the weapons, level design and RPG elements are perfect. The guns feel on par if not better than Destiny. I’m very impressed with this game and it puts alot of AAA games to shame. Can’t wait for the full release.
Witchfire is rough around the edges, but updates should continue to improve this game. While the game is dark and gloomy, the future looks bright. If you like Destiny, DOOM, and Souls-like games, you should give this game an honest shot.
NoobFeed Editor Jay Claassen writes - While Witchfire can be extremely unforgiving, that’s also what’s at the heart of being a Roguelike; you’ll have to keep trying and sharpening your skills to make it to the end. This might not appeal to everybody, especially those who get frustrated easily, but anybody who likes a challenge will have a field day with Witchfire and the unholy chaos it brings.
Shouldn't have been a roguelite, pretty sure it wasn't when it was first announced. They probabaly turned it into one since they only have two levels after such a long development cycle.
Hope this comes out badass. While a much different sort of game, I thought the Vanishing of Ethan Carter was fantastic.
I hope it comes to console at some point, this looks awesome.
