Ninja Blade Demo: Playthrough & Analysis

From Software’s Ninja Blade is available now to Japanese Xbox Live Gold subscribers in the form of a playable demo, offering around nine minutes of action. We’ve taken a look at the demo and initial impressions are favourable – it’s a pared down Ninja Gaiden with stupendously large bosses and insane levels of detail. Unfortunately, it is rather reliant on Quicktime Events – a gameplay mechanic that really should have died back in the era of Dragon’s Lair.
