In Eeperus hill of the Occasus region lay a small kingdom whose existence was known only to the very few to the outside world of Cronous. But even such small kingdom could not evade the ferocious war that had devastated the continent of Cronous. With each passing minute, war was heading toward the small kingdom that the prince was forced to bring his puny little army into the field in search of a solution to confront the invaders, not knowing it would be the last of him. For so many years, the where about of the prince was not known. Many had concluded that he was dead except the queen.

Then came the devil with information, the queen was not willing to except. He had pronounced the death of the prince and had claimed he had seen it with his own eyes. The queen was devastated by the message and vowed not to let anything happen to her daughter. But she feared the worse was yet to come unless she had the power to stop it. The devil offered her magnificent power in exchange for her most valuable thing. She agreed and marched on to finally stop the war that had been going on for ages.

With triumph did she return to be greeted by her people and her servants. But to her amazement nothing bad had happened to her. Puzzled as she was, she went to the devil to ask for the reason. She asked the devil what it was that the devil took from her in return for her dominant power that the devil had given her. The devil replied with a vague smile in his mouth.

"You fool! … The most precious thing of yours is already in my hands. You can no longer find the trace of the prince to prove his death! Your son, the bravest knight of the kingdom will never be able to come back to this place!"

The queen, who had found out that she was tricked by the devil and had wanted nothing more than the safety of her daughter, hid herself, her daughter and her kingdom in cold ice. She was now known as Ice Queen, slaughtering every one who comes near her while singing lullaby to her lost prince.
