Steam Delists Domina Following Transphobic Rant

Domina is Steam's latest controversial rabbit hole, with Nicholas John Leonhard Groissen at the centre. He was first banned from his own community for misogynistic rants, but his game has now been delisted entirely for a transphobic rant he shared in the patch notes.

A pity, the game itself is excellent and got free content updates for years. If the creator(s) can't continue to update their game now because of dumb patch notes it sucks to all players of the game.

It should be back on steam. Personal beliefs and opinions have nothing to do with the actual game. Not misogynistic or transphobic. This world is in for quite a shock the moment an actual transphobic and misogynist takes any kind of world power. Journalists and mainstream media are playing with words they dont understand.

Should his game be removed? Who am I to say; but I do think it shows a severe lack of professionalism, and that the man, himself, probably has his own issues.

The man was warned in the past for posting an anti-mask rant in the game's patch notes, which is a breach of Steam Terms and Conditions. He chose to do it again this time, and rightfully was booted off the platform. In the end, this was about abusing Steam's storefront to push a political agenda, this shouldn't be forgiven simply because you share his political alignment.

They're not supposed to push politics across the board, as per policy.
You can insinuate that he wouldn't have been pulled if his politics were different, but we don't have examples of that, and he broke terms of service to be hosted on Steam.

@sourOG He posted an anti-mask rant IN THE PATCH NOTES. Steam TOS states that patch notes can't be used to push any kind of message, it has to be strictly game changes listed.

Just to give people context since these journalists like to use the word "Transphobic" on anything, this is related to Keffals .. one of the worst human beings the human race have ever known who got basically platformed out of ratio-ing people on twitter and getting them deplatformed and target their living situation ( Context : https://www.youtube.com/wat... ) this person by the way is backed up by some twitter admins and this alone should tell you something about the entire platform in general and how they handle things, i don't blame the dev for venting about this parasite that is called Keffals and trying to call them out because they have done more damage to everyone including LGBT community
