The Xbox 360 is known as a somewhat finicky console, prone to SCDS (Sudden Console Death Syndrome)--the Red Eye of Death. Microsoft has never directly addressed the issue of why 360s tend to burn out rather often, but as with all high end electronics, heat is the most likely cause. Shortly after the 360 launch, peripheral designer Nyko had the Intercooler 360 (review) on the market. Nyko's approach to keeping the 360 alive was based upon strapping three extra cooling fans on the 360's rear vent. We reviewed the product well, however, over the past year there have been a few cases of the Intercooler, which is powered by passing through the 360's power cord, short-circuiting and welding itself to the 360, effectively killing the console.
Nyko has acknowledged the issue, noting that it is a rare occurrence, and has offered to replace any 360s broken as a result. The short-circuiting issue, however, inspired various other peripheral designers to develop alternative cooling solutions powered via USB. The newest is the rather loftily titled "The Cooler" from Pelican.

It's just a complaint, not a lawsuit, and it's completely unwarranted.

They are concerned about A.I. replacing live talent. It's an unusual stance as you are correct; he left his voice and his family approved. The union is saying doing this versus using a live actor sets a bad precedent going forward. The use of A.I. has been a huge issue in the recent labor deals.
Well this is also an interactive AI Darth Vader that would have made live talent impossible unless they think a actor being in Fortnight 24/7 is an acceptable solution.
They should concentrate on cases that are possible to be done with live talent and that haven't been given blessing or sold by the original actor(for which they should have the right to sell)

It's reported that he gave permission before his death and his estate(which i asume is his family) says so as well.
Because SAG-AFTRA are trade unions. They are the Hollywood mafia protecting their profits from anything they feel could undermine them. It's all about the almighty dollar, not artists.

I'm not so sure they can, most talent that made the old games as good as they were, has left Bioware.

And also, new devs can always learn and also new indie devs are very passionate evident from the amazing indie games heavy with these gameplay features.
I don't think anyone would wanna come back after the stories that were told from Anthem development. I just don't see it happening. It's a bit similar to blizz, some of the talent has come back there, but there has been a shift in the studio's culture and also what the higher ups expect/demand of them

To be fair, no many companies could release the same game over and over. They've earned that whether we agree or not
GTA v isn't the only game that's released three consoles generations running but nothing has sold those numbers including GTA San Andreas which is now 4 console generations deep.

I decided to look up the longest and most sold games list. To my surprise Tetris has takes the top spot.
I have had this product for over a year now!! It does its job I guess never had any problems and is not that loud at all.
