The new PS Plus tiers launched in Europe today, but the transition has been far from smooth.
Issues have caused some players to pay the upgrade charge multiple times and not receive their new membership benefits as well as players being unable stream PS Plus games to their PCs.
Ark: Survival Ascended | PS5
Balatro | PS5, PS4
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun | PS5, PS4
All playable, May 6.
Saw that Balatro got over 100000! Reviews on Steam. Crazy.
Only game from these three I care about is Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun since it seems to be a nice fps.
Boltgun is so much fun. I own it on Steam, PS4 and Switch (Physical). Beaten it so many times that I could probably get through it in my sleep, lol.
The price of a PS Plus subscription across all tiers will be increasing on 16th April 2025 in 15 Latin American countries, Sony has today announced.
I already find it to be a terrible value. Go ahead and up the price and 100% lose me.
Sony has today announced that many indie titles will be leaving the service on April 15 including some big hitters
I clicked so yo don’t have to waste your time - games leaving a subscription service, what a shocker!
Leaving ps+ extra are:
Animal Well – PS5 (read our review)
Tales of Kenzera: ZAU – PS5 (read our review)
Nour: Play with Your Food – PS5, PS4
Deliver Us Mars – PS5, PS4
Miasma Chronicles – PS5
Stray Blade – PS5
Kena: Bridge of Spirits – PS5, PS4
Slay the Spire – PS4
That sucks.
Happy to be proven wrong here but this is one report of someone being charged twice, where is the "many" stated in the article?
If I had to guess, maybe the user has an account from one region and has moved to another region?
For example I setup my original PSPlus when I lived in Scotland, I have since moved back to Ireland but my psplus is still UK as Sony wont change the region.
I'm not giving up all my digital purchases/trophies. Therefore, when I logged into the playstation store on pc yesterday to see if premium had gone live I was taken to the Irish store and could have accidentally purchased it for the wrong region.
I'd imagine this would catch a very small number of people out.
