Metal Gear Solid Meets Blue Collar Heists in Wacky Adventure Game ‘Time Bandit’
Gamers at this point are used to day-night cycles and in-game clocks, with games like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley having players manage their in-game tasks with real-life timing. Here’s an indie game that takes this mechanic to the extreme.
In a move that is sure to make Hideo Kojima proud, the upcoming game Time Bandit has players performing each in-game action in sync with real-world clocks. What that means is that an hour in-game takes the same amount of time as it does in real life.
What makes Time Bandit stand out from the crowd is that instead of raising a family farm from the ground up, players are instead performing an intricate heist at the company they work for, which can take months to pull off.
