PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for June

Today, we are pleased to share the monthly games that will be included in June for PlayStation Plus.

From June 7 to July 4, PlayStation Plus members can add God of War (2018), Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl to their game library.

When the all-new PlayStation Plus launches in your region, these titles will be available as monthly games to all PlayStation Plus members including those on the PlayStation Plus Essential plan (which includes the same benefits PlayStation Plus members get today).

PS5 gamers already have it from PS+, that's what they mean. This is only a gain for PS4 gamers.

It's a great game but it's a bargain bin title at this point and as pointed out everyone with PSN Plus and a PS5 already has it for free.

God of War has been in the PS+ collection for almost 2 years. It has also been on PS Now. It's also in the PS+ extra tier. So yeah they have made it very easy for people to play this game many times now so it really should've been an extra game this month.

Because there has been too many opportunities to play it for free or very cheap. So it's not exactly a big deal, since if the person cared enough, they would have forked over lunch moneys(lazy) worth to play it. And from what I've understood, it will be free on the new service in less than 2 weeks, I think permanently.

I haven't played any of these, so I'm excited about this month. GOW especially. Having just finished Guardians of the Galaxy, I need something big to get my teeth into.

Here is a tip, if anyone didn't already know. All of the games in the PS+ collection for PS5 are also playable on a PS4. You just need to claim them using a 5 but then you can sign onto a 4 and download and play as well. Now you may ask, why would you do that when you have a 5 to play on...? It's just cool option for those who have more than one room they game in.

You can also just log into your account from a friend's PS5, then return to your PS4 with the games unlocked.

I remember hearing people getting their accounts banned for that. Not sure how true it is but I was never able to test it

How would they determine it’s not a family console? It would count as one of your friends game licences though.

As I said... you just need to claim them with a 5. Didn't specify that it had to be your 5.

Oh yeah, there were bans all right, but the account ban is the least of your worries. Back when it first came out many scalper geniuses decided they would double down on the asshole line and charge PS4 owners to claim the collection for them on a PS5, the result was an influx of banned PS5 console to the second hand market right after Sony caught wind of it.

Now, those people were not only exploiting the system, they were making a black market out of Sony's back and that's likely a big part on why they got banned, but there's no telling if Sony cares enough to even find out why anyone did it. Bans like those are usually automatized at least in part, your system make enough claims for enough different accounts and it's gonna get flagged... It may take dozens of claims before you get caught... Or your system could be being flagged the moment you enter a second account to be under a microscope by someone wielding the ban-hammer! It's anyone's guess how strict they are with it, so proceed at your risk there.

Great month for PS plus. It looks like the leaks were accurate. Just a shame we have to wait longer to get these because of how the month of May was setup.

Wow these just get worse and worse. GOW (baby sitter edition) is a part of the PSN + basic free library anyway. They just did a sponge bob game what's next Rugrats?... why yes, and it is via a Nickelodeon Brawl game no one plays no less. Top it off with a yet another Weeb-Naruto MP game. You are killing it PSN +.

probably first month in quite some time when i have no interest in any of those games, so gotta use it as a great opportunity to clear out some of the backlog before the new ps plus hits us later on in the month

I got GoW at launch on disk, and now have it from the PS5 plus collection, so this will be the third dip. Amazing game for anyone that hasn't played it, but no use to me.

The other two I have zero interest in. There's a chance my kids will.

I swear I haven't downloaded a single PS Plus game that came out this year. Just one game that I want would be nice!

Usually I either already own or played at least one game they announce every month for PS+ & the rest I have no interest in playing,the very reason I'm always buying games that I'm interested in playing. My PS+ is basically for online features.

Yeah, last year I played a lot of Control and Plague Tale, so that worked out OK.

I would like to try Wreckfest at some point, but that is another from last year.

I feel bad for the devs, but
whenever I see some online only multiplayer game on Plus, I just think, yep never playing that.

For me right now I have Miles Morales, GT7, and HFW to play. If you can't beat that, another game isn't going to warrant my time (and I have issues with GT7).

God of war was a fantastic game I already own it but that's besides the point it's great so many more people will get to enjoy it.

Also I had a great time playing SpongeBob battle for bikini bottom with my son it's been a great little bonding time game so it's nice to see them continue with something targeted to kids not sure how I feel about it being fighting based so I'll probably not expose him to that just yet but it can stay in the library for a while.

I kind of hope they continue the trend of including a game aimed at younger kids now and then.

To everyone complaining about this month also consider this is the month where we get the PS plus premium, deluxe etc so it's not that bad

I've had an interest in it myself for a while but figure it's only nostalgia so I wasn't going to buy it. Getting it this way is nice. Its a weak month for PSPlus definitely but not completely lost on me

Nothing but trash again. Every1 played gow allready and sony know it. Its been on ps collection for ages allready, and psnow too.
