Microsoft Going Commando for Next Generation: New I.P. hinted?

Gamasutra has been running quite a number of Microsoft advertisements pointing not only to the next generation for the company but towards the already know new internal studio titled "Spawnpoint" taking the helm that was once presumably occupied by Bungie for its coveted Halo series. (Was also the case with Ratchet & Clank 2, though that name, I presume, was intentional. It was changed in EU for that very reason)

Hopefully they make a quality product this time (highly unlikely) that every part inside it isn't made in a different country. It'd be nice if they actually tested it before releasing it out into the market this time too.

I doubt it will be anything worth my money. As desperately as MS tries to acquire a software line up for '09, nothing they will produce can match Sony's offerings for the upcoming year.
