Ubisoft has announced that The Crew 2 will be getting a big upgrade for next-gen consoles, and it’s one that frame-rate fiends will be happy to hear about.
Despite being six years old, The Crew 2 has smashed its concurrent Steam player count record thanks to a steep discount.
The thing was a damn buck lol. Of course. I grabbed it on both PC and console because why not?
Ubisoft revealed that they will add official Offline Modes to both The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest.
Welp, just grabbed Crew 2 because, hell, it was a buck. Let's see if they hold to their word, being they killed the original and are likely to do it here as well.
Finally! Offline modes for The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest—this is huge! Ubisoft really listened to the community on this one. Now we can enjoy the open-world racing experience without worrying about server issues or internet connection drops. Can’t wait to hit the roads solo and explore at my own pace. This is a game-changer for both casual players and those who just want to cruise without distractions!
We've played The Crew Motorfest, which joins Forza Horizon in the modern open-world racing genre - and that's not the only similarity.
FH is not on PS so im sure theres people out there happy seeing this.
The Crew 2 was mostly a disappointment, but hey free updates are always nice
That's awesome. But does that mean they aren't working on The Crew 3?
So, I have a racing wheel, and this game has racing events where you go from driving to flying, from flying to driving a boat... I'm unsure if they thought this through entirely. I bought the game to support the devs, but it's unplayable for myself I refuse to play a "racing game" with nothing less than a wheel. Cool concept, for those that do.
