Overwatch 2 Beta Announced: New Maps and Characters Coming

The Overwatch 2 beta for PVP has finally been announced. Here are all of the details for what is coming with the Overwatch 2 PVP Beta.

The fact that the bulk of what's "new" is the PvE/coop makes this multiplayer beta seem super redundant. Overwatch 2 is fully playable in PvP vs Overwatch 1.

The entire "sequel" nature of this game is super shady and feels like a cash grab, there's literally no reason it couldn't have been a paid expansion. A fool and their money are easily parted I guess.

@Welshy the PVP part of it is a free update for Overwatch, on PC at least, not sure how they will be handling the console launch. So you only buy Overwatch 2 if you want PVE and apparently there will be a discount for Overwatch owners, again not sure how this will apply to consoles.

Brig looks a little strange in that promo art. Isn't constant with the other images and videos we've seen of her. Looks too skinny and a bit dorky. Hope they fix that.
