TGT: Prince of Persia review

"I imagine that most people who go into Prince of Persia with an open mind will find at least a few things to enjoy. There is no doubt that the game looks, sounds (almost) and plays great, no one could argue those points. But, if you’re looking for a challenge or if you consider backtracking to be a four-letter word, you’d be better off with another game. Now that I’m thinking about it, the new Prince of Persia may share the old-school original Prince of Persia’s fate: Both are great games and both have split fan’s opinions right down the middle on the issue of their quality. Some love ’em, some hate ’em, but there was no reason to skip the original, and there is no reason to skip this one either. The new Prince of Persia may not be a flawless masterpiece, but if you think you might enjoy it, you owe it to yourself to at least give it a shot. I can only hope you get as much enjoyment out of the game as I did. Hey, if nothing else, the game is Godsmack-free, and I think we can all agree that’s a good thing."
