Elex 2 is Piranha Byte's sequel to their 2017 post-apocalyptic, open world action roleplaying game and a civilization threated by aliens.
Elex II for Mac is now available from the Mac App Store, bringing the sci-fi RPG to a new and often overlooked audience.

Good to see Nintendo isn't above well deserved criticism.
I dont know if Gun Grave deserves to be in the same mix as the others on the list. Its rather safe but it has its charm. As a fan of the originals, I can dig it. Im not seeing it as something revolutionary but evolutionary, hence why I said safe (as in it didnt take many risks to stray from the source). Its okay, but nowhere near being on the list of worst.

I found the same with one, bad or mediocre reviews, absolutely awesome game couldnt put it down. Havnt tried two yet, but when im in an RPG mood again, its what im getting for sure
Only embracer group are funding AA games and we need more mid size games with medium budget
The original and the sequel are games worth playing. Sure, they're janky, but there's some real love in the games if you care to take the time. <3
I played this at launch (GameFly'ed it) and it was pretty meh. Glitches and a story cinematic that has nothing to do with what just happened in the story (that was confusing, like out of order or something), I played maybe an hour and sent it back. Maybe it isn't as bad now, assuming it has been patched some.
One of those rare, jank releases I make a point to support day one.
Piranha always delivers vast, open environments that offer a lot of player agency. Same with the missions themselves.
