Released 5 years ago, Injustice 2 was a huge success and, arguably, one of the best fighting games. With Mortal Kombat 11’s cycle seemingly wrapped up and Mortal Kombat 12 probably in development, it’s high time to speculate on what DC Comics characters we could potentially see in Injustice 3.
A new data mine of the soon to be discontinued crossover fighting game, MultiVersus, suggests that Injustice 3 may be in development.
Its obvious anyway. Netherrealms next Microtransactions, DLC Filled fighting game where its all about combos..combos..and more combos.
Sorry, hard to feel excited for what i imagine will be microtransaction, DLCs, a bunch of cosmetics and a formulaic game design.
Injustice 1 was based of MK 2011 and Injustice 2 was based on MK X
But we didn't get any based on the MK11.
Seems like Injustice 3'd be MK1 based.
Injustice 2's gear system was the source of that game's character customization, but it may not return in the same form in Injustice 3.
Most fans are tired of the "bad" or "evil" Superman story. The world needs the hopeful and good Superman again!
