Yes that is obviously the intention. In no way should Halo Infinite be considered a WORST game.

if you read the content of the post it's just focused on how glitchy and plain the campaign is. If he wanted to pander to anyone he would've just put nothing but Sony titles on the good section. His good section is focused around indie titles and Danganronpa. It's more likely he doesn't like AAA games then some platform thing.
