If you are playing on the harder difficulties then you could be looking at well over 100 hours of gameplay and I am not taking into account the "so called minigames". Of course the ultra hard dificulty will add many tens of hours to the gameplay since the enemy is toughter and can detect you easily especially if you are trying to strip parts from the robotic enemies which you really need to do if you want to upgrade your weapons and armour. Smoke bombs can help here.
IMO the game does have quite good replay value.
I still have to play Forbidden West and the dlc. I don’t have to worry about Premium since my digital code came with my console and then I bought the dlc when that released.
From what I can gather you need to finish Horizon Forbidden West before you can play "Burning Shores". Still you will need to put in well over 100 hours especially if you are playing on the harder difficulties.
As for the ultra hard difficulty I hope you are willing to die allot especially in the first 30+ hours of the game.
Oh I plan to tackle Forbidden West and Burning Shores during the winter months. The have a few games to tackle come this winter.
Back in the days I use to finish a game in three days, now in my older age I struggle to keep myself interested. So no ultra hard difficulty for me, I’ll stick with normal and hard (maybe) thank you very much.

Not sure what you were waiting for, but Forbidden West is a great game. Burning shores content should be played after you beat the main story. A quick tip I can give you is that don't be in any rush to kill any machines, instead scan and break off the parts because crafting is huge in this game. The consequence of this focus is that battles now last longer and you will be spending some time grinding machines for crafting materials. You also want to unlock perks that increase medicinal plant yield from early in the game so you will have a surplus by the time the difficulty increases later in the game.

Eventually you will be taking on bigger and more dangerous machines later in the game and the difficulty comes from trying to detach the crafting parts from the machine while avoiding the attacks. When you get to that point in the game where you are grinding for machine parts, you don't want to also have to grind for medicinal herbs so I recommend you get those perks early and loot every twig and herb plant as you move from point A to point B.
Why removing a game of their own studios HFW out of their own service, it doesn't make much sense...
