Australia, December 12, 2008 - Okay, you've read Part 1, probably joined in the colourful and free exchange of thoughts in the IGN forums, and now you're back for a second helping of IGN AU's unique brand of bittersweet insight and stinging commentary. In this, Part 2 of our Console Showdown, we're looking at genres - or more specifically, which console had the best showing for each of the major genres.

it looks like it is done based on the scores from across the ign range, if you look it has all the ratings from each region for each game, so it being from au doesnt mean that is is biased.

They strategically chose to leave out certain 360 games. Why not include all games for each platform instead? If they are going to use multiplat games why not mention which version is better than the other?

I find the list extremely subjective since they have handpicked the winners.

Not to nitpick but the whole "this version is better on 360 than PS3" thing is subjective. Just thought I'd point that out.

saints row 2 was awesome

it's like a younger brother to san andreas,very underrated imo,it should get from 9 to 9.3 imo

i dont think this is biased, i think it is true, microsoft put there money about in so many places, it would hard to think any positive reviews about the xbox are not influenced in some way, by microsfts massive reputation, and bank balance.
