God of War is now coming to PC with the support of the latest technologies, including super-resolution from AMD and NVIDIA.

Former PlayStation Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida saw God of War as a "problem" when he first played it, and advocated for its delay.
And it became one of my most favorite games of all time and I still like it more than the sequel.
Well if a game/movie/project needs fixing, especially something with the legacy that god of war does. Delay and fix it, don’t ruin the legacy by releasing crap.
Way to go.

On PS3? they "remaster" games that are barely 5 years old. We can't even play the ones from PS3 natively right now on a PS5
As much as I love the new God of war saga, I really miss the scale and epic set pieces of the OG games :/

I absolutely 💯 love this! I've been saying this for a while. It's more anti consumer to lock a game down to 1 console than it is to open up the game.
Meh. I just think this is to be expected.
Man I can't wait to play this again but at 60+ fps in 4k. My 3080 plus DLSS should run it beautifully.
Yes yes I know I'm being one of those people that has to brag about their video card but damnit I love it.
I hope that DLSS technology rendering or whatever gets applied to the PS5 Version at a later date.
