From GameWatcher: "Publisher and developer Capcom has released a small patch for Resident Evil Village that aims to improve the game's overall performance by optimizing how its Denuvo anti-piracy software is implemented. On top of that, it also introduces FSR support.
Recent reports painted Resident Evil Village's Denuvo implementation as far from ideal, with the game's cracked version seemingly running smoother and without the stutters some users have reported in the official release version, pretty much since launch."
The top 10 most terrifying moments in Resident Evil history, from Mr. X to the Baby Monster, exploring Capcom's masterful horror design.
The shadows of rose DLC (REvillage) mannequin section is definitely top 10 worthy but is missing...
Resident Evil Villages sales numbers helped the videogame series hit a staggering 157 million sales 28 years after Resident Evil came out.
Lol I doubt iPhone contributed much to that figure, the vast majority would have been PS5 and PC.
Yeah, of course the mobile sites are going to make news out of the couple digit in-the-thousands or so downloads as a major contribution. The original story was that Village hit the 10 million mark across all the platforms, nice for mobile fans to take it up a serious notch like it was due on behalf of mobile.
GB: "Resident Evil Village is three years old now, and looking back, it’s still a game that fills me with immense joy."
You can improve performance even better by simply not using Denuvo.
Doesn't apply to me since this is for AMD card users only. But great for AMD card users
If it's already been cracked, why not simply remove Denuvo?
Yea. I tried it and it still runs like shit. Denuvo needs to be removed.
Good thing but still pretty lame Capcom. Game released months ago and nothing would have changed if people wouldn't been so vocal about stuttering versus cracked .exe. (so, hooray for people) I watched some videos comparing how bad was the stutter and surely enough it was really bad. So it has taken a bit too long to deal with for those fans of the series on PC who bought it and played it and moved on.
