Toby a FG: A sci-fi shooter with ground hugging bullets, Curved Space can't quite capitalise on its potential. The Finger Guns Review.
Maximum Games has announced that new content for the intergalactic shooter Curved Space will be available on November 1st, including a new alien-blasting sidekick, a new gameplay mechanic, and a brand-new song to highlight the rapid-fire schmup action on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Cade writes: "When it comes to Curved Space then, I’m afraid this ain’t it, chief. This is far from the shot in the arm that the genre needs. Its pointless story, repetitive game modes, uninteresting combat, and poorly-implemented gimmick keep it from escaping that enormous pit of mediocre shoot ‘em ups. On the bright side, it’s always nice to be reminded that real life spiders could be so much worse."
"If your idea of fun is flicking your boogers on the wall to see which ones stick, you probably won't enjoy Curved Space. However, those who simply want some old-school action in a roguelike setup will surely appreciate what it has to offer." - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums
