Rumor: New Q Entertainment Project is Rez Sequel

Earlier this week, Q Entertainment announced that genius Tesuya Mizuguchi will be working on a new, Wii-only game called QJ. So far, the only solid information we have about the game is that it will involve music, which is no shocker, considering Q Entertainment is a very music-heavy developer.

However, in the upcoming January issue of EGM, Quartermann (EGM’s mysterious gaming know-it-all) hints that QJ will continue the Rez series. That is, it will have the same on-rails shooting, techno music, and stylized graphics as the Playstation 2 (and XBLA) title Rez, for which people have been demanding a sequel for ages.
