Yes, I remember Bionic Commando.
They had it in Minehead, either Carousel near the railway station, or further up the main road in the more hardcore arcade, or both.
Only played it a couple of times. Realized I wasn't getting a good return on investment and moved on to stuff like Quartet and Double Dragon.
