Various Banjo XBLA bugs, fixed

Since Banjo XBLA’s release three weeks ago, several bugs have been reported -and now fixed- by this port’s developer 4J Studios. Users without the BKXBLA bonus code may have noticed a game update popping up after pressing start on the last Xbox Live Arcade title.
