Dying Light Update 1.31 (Enhanced Edition 1.24) Released

Techland has released the Dying Light update 1.31 patch (Enhanced Edition 1.24), and it looks like this is for new content coming to the game!

Kornholic1535d ago

If Techland releases a 60fps patch for PS5, I'll replay the game gladly.

Skate-AK1535d ago

Would be cool but I doubt it will ever happen. Never even got a Pro patch.

excaliburps1535d ago

You never know. I mean, with Dying Light 2 out this year, they can release a next-gen patch and drum up hype for the franchise.

Nitrowolf21535d ago

they seem very supportive of the game, but surprisingly no pro patch has been released yet

metalhead1535d ago

If this can play better on ps5 I’ll give it a shot. I could not do the choppy frame rate on PS4. Same with Deus Ex. Great games need great hardware

Minute Man 7211535d ago

Don't remember any choppy frame rate on da PS4

metalhead1534d ago

Did you have a Pro? I didn’t

RCslayer1535d ago

I haven't seen much if at all of choppy frame rates on either of those games.

The only time my FR dropped was one mission where a coach was surrounded by fire. Apart from that the game was shockingly good.

performance patch please🙏

Hitman0071535d ago

Move on Techland like wow U have milked this game to the max

Yes, how stupid are these guys? We don't want free stuff or them to actually support their game. We just want them to put out yearly iterations of the same crap over and over with just a new paint job charging full game prices. How dare they do this to us, giving us all kinds of free stuff and years of support? /s

Is it me or people claiming to be gamers just getting dumber and like wasting money on worthless garbage?

Looking Back At The $386,000 Dying Light 'My Apocalypse Edition', 10 Years Later

Nobody bought it for an obvious reason.

Gamingsince198163d ago

Wtf did this edition come with ? A real helicopter and a real zombie virus ?

Vithar63d ago

For one lucky person willing to spend $386,000, the My Apocalypse Edition of Dying Light promised a staggering collection. It included the buyer’s face in the game, a human-sized ‘Volatile’ statue, and parkour lessons with a freerunning team. It also came with night vision goggles, an all-expenses paid round trip to Techland’s offices, and four signed copies of the game. Oh, and it also came with a custom-built, ‘zombie-proof’ survival shelter.

LOL but it was a stunt from the team:
‘It was a PR stunt and got a lot of media attention for its wild and over-the-top nature, it was designed to generate buzz around the game’s release. It did a great job of getting the game noticed, though! But nobody purchased it – thankfully, I guess!’

I finally beat DL2 this past weekend. I’ll pick up the Beast for sure.

It got a lot of shit from fans more not being as scary at night on release. I was in that boat. But once I gave it a fair shot I really loved it. The movement was so much more expressive to me. I enjoyed the story too.... for the most part. Was my game of the year when it came out. With all the updates for darker nights and all that, it's even better. I feel almost exactly the same about stalker 2 right now. The erojank games are scratching my itch.
