The Women of Cyberpunk 2077 – PC Version 4K (NSFW)

CG writes: In the past we made a Witcher 3 video which took a closer look (in a montage kind of way) at the various women Geralt meets throughout his adventures. With the release of CDPR’s latest game we’ve done the same with a look at the women of Cyberpunk 2077. You will discover some very nice designs, although if we’re to be critical some more variety of body shape would be nice. There seems to be just two female body types (slim and plus size), with the character Claire having a unique shape. Either way, check out the video and enjoy these wonderful looking characters. A caveat, we feel the video is ambiguous enough to not really be considered a spoiler, but if you’re particularly sensitive, then we suggest you refrain from viewing. Enjoy!

The 1,800 usd version. Sweet.

Amazing what actually putting money into your hobby gets you, eh? Though, when the 30x cards are actually easily had, and they work on optimization for this game, there's going to be a bunch of people seeing this, and it's going to be for hell of a lot less than almost 2 grand, as you presented.

anast1619d ago

Nothing new, I'm sure we all know that money can buy just about anything, if not everything in some cases. I would love to have a 2k usd set up, who wouldn't? But the point is that they made this game to only work "well" on high end stuff, which is a bit absurd. Anyway, who do you got Panam or Judy?

MadLad1619d ago (Edited 1619d ago )

@anast

I shelved it. The thing runs well enough on my rig. 1440p, locked at 42 fps, mostly medium settings, but the bugs kept taking me out of the experience. I'd rather wait until these supposed major patches through jan/Feb hit.

Bathyj1619d ago

That's where all the money went. Motion capturing fugly strippers.

ChrisW1619d ago

People who live in super trashy trailer parks obviously disagree...

SDuck1619d ago

The game didn't used motion capture, it was a software used to mimic human behavior

ibrake4naps1619d ago

The characters and city in this game are amazing! Too bad about the Starship Troopers-size bugs...

I cannot freaking wait. Say what you want about the release, but this has become one of the most immersive and incredible games that I’ve played. I absolutely love the cyberpunk genre so it gets a bit of a boost for that atmosphere and aesthetic.

Can’t wait to see this!

Ew, a bunch of augmented niggas shooting each other over prentiousness.

Damn! CDPR really is proud of their work! They don't want to hide it anymore, like what they did on the PS4/XBO version.

Babadook78d ago (Edited 8d ago )

Haha. I see what you did there.

RaidenBlack8d ago

But I do remember the initial comments from folks here, about 2077 able to run at Xbox One quality at best.

UltimateOwnage8d ago

With DLSS and newer architecture it’s a small miracle of modern tech it can even run well on 9W. The fact that the PS5 build only runs sub 4K at around 1400P, and we’re critiquing a tiny handheld for hitting 1080P/30 high settings and upscaling to 4K is nitpicking at its finest.

A summary of DF’s remarks on PS4 performance by comparison: “PS4 Dynamic 720 - 900P but spends most of the time at 720p. Hardly ever holds 30fps, dips to the mid teens sometimes, and 20s while driving”.

Profchaos8d ago

Switch 2 is very well optimised it runs significantly better with a clearer and more high fidelity image.

Huge improvement.

Profchaos8d ago (Edited 8d ago )

Sorry to be clear not better than ps5 better than I expected* and comparing it to steamdeck which was what I expected to see comparison to

Jin_Sakai8d ago (Edited 8d ago )

It does look amazing but it’s not 60fps. But for a handled it’s downright good.

repsahj8d ago

@Hada
Steam Deck fans after watching that video: 😖(waiting for steam deck 2)

repsahj8d ago

Guy, you can download the uncompressed 4k video on CDPR website.

MetroidFREAK218d ago (Edited 8d ago )

The fact this is is on a proper cart WITH THE DLC as well and looks to he a competent port made this a day 1 buy

Brazz8d ago

Ok. If Cyberpunk 2077 can run and look like this, Nintendo has no excuses to make games that look like PS3 games. I hope bullshit like "it's Nintendo", "Hardware limitations", are over. Nintendo needs to deliver games that look better than PS4 games.

repsahj8d ago

I hope that happens in the next Mario or Zelda game.

RaidenBlack8d ago (Edited 8d ago )

Sadly Nintendo will still support the older Switch from quiet sometime ... treating it as more of a Pro model majorly. (If the rumors are to go by)
Very few Switch 2 1st party exclusives for the initial foreseeable future.
3rd party tho, will take the advantage.

Sitdown7d ago

I'm confused on "needs to deliver games that look better than PS4 games." The kids and I have had plenty of fun with the Switch without the need to try and keep up with the likes of Sony and Microsoft.

Profchaos7d ago

Exactly I had more fun with Nintendo's first party offerings in the last few years than most visually impressive games with low effort gameplay.
