Upcoming Ready 2 Rumble Title Back from the (Presumed) Dead?

After publisher 10tacle closed its doors in August 2008, many assumed the upcoming Ready 2 Rumble threequel had become vaporware. Now, however, a new Amazon posting lists the game with a May 2009 release date, and a new publisher: Atari. Could this be a sign that the game may not be dead after all?
