Before playing the game, you should see which life path in Cyberpunk 2077 is best for you, considering each path’s drawbacks and advantages. Then again, you’re reading the article, so I already know you’re doing exactly that.
Regardless of your choice of parts, you’ll be playing as V, a mercenary who wishes to gain street cred and become a legend throughout Night City. Right as the game starts, you need to choose between Corporate, Nomad, or Street Kid.

The first confirmed use of Nvidia's machine learning-based upscaler is revealed - and it's in one of Switch 2's most demanding titles.
Do the life paths actually make a difference in the game? Do you have life path specific missions, and do NPCs react differently if they know you are a Corpo, Street kid, or Nomad?

The life path i chose is not to buy the game.
I’m already burnt out on it having spent 70hrs jamming through it on PC. Chose Street Kid and in March, hopefully with a fresh 3080 Ti, will give Corpo a go.
Overall I’m totally disappointed though. Pre-ordered about 6 years ago lol. Gotta say, and this might seem odd, I haaaaated most of all some of the overused language/slang e.g., “choom” for friend/lover/family and “delta” for leaving/splitting/bouncing. Just rub me the wrong way.
Not only are the life paths effectively pointless after the intro, but the vast majority of choice in dialogue is a weak facade. Many options are the same statement or question just restated in some alternative, usually stupid manner highlighted in blue.
I enjoyed Witcher 2 & 3 characters and story far more.
Edit: The unbelievably detailed visuals and atmosphere (excluding horrific AI, police, pedestrian behavior) kept me engaged just from a pure fascination given the ridiculously impressive artistic and technical (visual) work. In many ways it’s like sprinting through a brighter, more colorful version of Blade Runner.
