Demon's Souls is a technical masterpiece on PS5 but which of its two visual modes is best to play? The answer isn't as simple as you might think.
Soulslikes are punishingly difficult but amongst the most compelling games. Power Up Gaming goes through the top ten Soulslikes you're likely not playing.
Demon's Souls isn't Soulslike. It's the original Souls game. WTF? And Elden Ring?
Another Crab's Treasure simply is not.
All the journos claiming things are "Soulslike" simply don't know what that word means.
Nioh 1+2 imo are the best souls clone. Love the melee combat and ki system, really hoping team ninja doesn't abandon the IP and continue with a new title, hell just give us your take on the western fantasy setting for a new nioh game.
Comparison videos of Demon's Souls & Black Myth: Wukong running on both PS5 and PS5 Pro showcase an impressive upgrade on the mid-gen console.
Wukong actually performs worst in performance mode, wtf!
And wheres the damn update for this game. They're still more work to be done.
I saw Zero noticeable difference when I played it on Pro. The only game I’ve seen significant difference in is FF7RB but now I get these stutters after the Pro update. I can safely say that if you don’t have a PS5 then getting the Pro is a no brainer but upgrading from PS5 to Pro is not a wise move as of now. Wait for better new games.
Tough as nails, solid as a brick, and as annoying as a rooster at dawn—this list has it all. Here are the hardest PS3 games.
This list has nine games....
And if these are the "hardest", that's a bit alarming because I'm pretty average and I've managed to 100% more than a third of this list (Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Hard Corps Uprising, and Catherine).
This has a image comparison slider on images so small and low res that you might as well of put up images comparing Demon's souls and a sandwich.
4k looks sharper obviously. I didn't know that the 60 frames was choppy at times I'm sure a patch will come out soon to fix that. You can really see the sharpness in the walls and rooftops in cinematic mode
I turned on cinematic mode in the Nexus and it felt more like 15 fps than 30 fps. Also, even in performance mode, certain areas (3-1) for example, appear to run at a lower frame rate. The game looks great in performance mode and overall runs much better than it's ps3 counterpart, so I am quite happy.
if you nitpick you can find some differences, in other words I will be playing this on Performance mode!, yeah I still don't have my PS5, yet today arrived my PSVR adapter for the PS5 I'm so happy!!! lol XD
