No this seems to be the issue many have with it. The first one was a fairly simple story but the characters goals all crossed. Each character grew and changed by the end of the game and left the audience with a huge moral dilemma.

The sequel is just a run of the mill revenge story but the characters remain largely the same. It’s a huge step back story wise from the first. I expected better than “I have to kill x”.

I’m still getting it day 1 for sure but I know the story is nowhere near as good as the first game simply because of its premise. It’s just a revenge story, basically a plot that can be explored in an hour or 2.

If the right leaning side are the ones with the high reviews, then that's not much better. Actually, I think both sides are psycho and would just fuck off. I hear this shit on tv, and have to see Trumps dumb ass face and hear the whiners that he triggers, and I'm sick of it. Wish they would keep that trash out of games and game discussions.
