Richard Shivdarsan of GameGrin reviews 112 Operator, writing: "112 Operator is a simulation/strategy game where you embody the role of a dispatcher for emergency services (police department, fire department and hospitals) as you have to manage how and when to use your resources for numerous situations. Some of you may have played the predecessor 911 Operator, and from what I can gather, 112 Operator is essentially a more polished version of that. But for those who haven’t (such as myself), 112 Operator shows you how challenging the job of a dispatcher – and in reality, all emergency services – can be from the moment you hit start."
Games Asylum: "Thanks to the self-explanatory name, I thought I had a pretty good idea of what to expect going into this emergency service management sim. It soon transpires to be more involved than the name lets on, not only focusing on dispatching police, ambulance, and fire units but also a lot of additional management aspects such as hiring and firing staff, purchasing new vehicles and equipment, plus reading through emails to gain knowledge of potential situations. There’s even an attempt at establishing narratives, including a killer on the loose armed with a crossbow."
Review - As far as taking charge of the emergency services goes, 112 Operator is surely the best way of stepping into the role.
