Techland wants to switch to a shorter development cycle of three to four year at the most for its games, starting with Dying Light: The Beast.
Very good dev length for a AAA/AA game I'd say. Companies need to set an aim for this range. 1-2 is too little, I believe 3-4 is perfect. Any more is too much. Games don't need to be these gigantic games full of a crazy amount of content. Just make a good game.

Greatness knows greatness. Simple as that. Expedition 33 is a masterpiece, built with a smaller team and with a smaller budget, blowing ubisoft out of the water. Only Series X is capable of running the game at PC performance.
Series X is just on another level just like everybody has been saying.
Um no wrong. The SSD can move graphics so fast that the gpu doesn’t even have to work and when it does finally have to work it uses all that extra power to take all those 4k streamed assets and simply display it on the screen using minimal power.... the reserved bank will allow true 8K gaming to be pursued with virtually no loading. GPUs are so yesterday.. they will not be the contributing factor to performance at all this generation!
He didn't shoot down the idea of a PS5 version. He said they wouldn't discuss it.
If you you read the "article" they are only quoted as saying "We can’t discuss any info regarding PlayStation." F-ing gaslighting as usual from gamingbolt. Ban them already.
