WTMG's Thomas Medina: "Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is a real mixed bag of a game. The combat and character customization is superb, but the campaign doesn’t feel worth it. Amazing multiplayer with lots of depth, but not enough people are playing to make it worth it either. There’s also a variety of glitches and technical issues in both modes that aren’t game-breaking, but can still be annoying. It’s still fun, without a doubt, and for those who found Jedi Outcast too obtuse or felt it delayed lightsaber combat too long, it may be the answer. For me personally, it’s just a missed opportunity."

First star wars game I purchased. Prob my 2nd favorite after jedi knight 2 jedi outcast.
Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy were so fun for the lightsaber battles. Jedi Knight was a little janky being the oldest of them all.

These games are crazy nostalgic for me… those FMVs… I can almost smell the computer room in my house growing up.

What's bitterly disappointing about the Switch version is you can play against Bots or people, but can't do both!
Me and my son wanted to play in the same game, against Bots on our Switches, but can't.
