Looks like an awesome sequel. PR1989 was cool but having to sneak from the teacher wasn't much fun. Still an awesome use of VR.

Petebloodyonion1841d ago

The sneaking part was just in some part of the game
Personally, my favorite part was the Tetris principal boss stage.

Neonridr1841d ago

release date is scheduled for May for the PSVR if anyone is wondering.

The title was made to create a stink to get us to click. I knew it was May when it was releasing.

Check the difference with this title

**Pixel Ripped 1995 Hits Quest & PC VR Next Week, PSVR In May**

Sounds less clickbait like huh? Even some PlayStation sites do this crap. But pure PlayStation has some questionable people writing over there.

chrish19901840d ago

It is right there in the title - PSVR Version Expected in May. And those are the exact words from the developer

chrish19901840d ago

Anybody who was wondering could have just read the title which concludes with "PSVR Version Expected in May"

The exact words used by the developer in the press release.

Neonridr1840d ago (Edited 1840d ago )

the title was edited actually. Originally it said PSVR not at this time or something like that. I wouldn't have bothered to comment if that was the original title.

chrish19901840d ago

No, it wasn't. The title has been the same. You can check this yourself by clicking the cog icon under the title, and then clicking 'info' and then scrolling down to updates. When anything changes with a submission, whether it's the title, content, URL, or credit URL, it shows there. There's nothing there.

hopefully they can go back and re-work the original 1989 title to bring it to PSVR2 as well.

Profchaos574d ago

They stated that is in the cards but it was more work than porting 95 so they are starting there

Neonridr574d ago

yep, just hope it doesn't take too long, I wanna play these titles but would rather start from the beginning. And I'd rather not have to play the first one on my PC VR headset and just play them all together on PSVR2.

Profchaos574d ago (Edited 574d ago )

I can't believe I slept on these games on the psvr 1 the poor tracking really made me shelve it and bring it out for the big names only. I really enjoyed 78 despite not having any attachment to Atari.

My personal gaming journey started on the nes so 95 is more suited for me as it's based around the 16 bit era

So it’s going to be 32 bits?
JK aside better quality and bugs squashing is always welcomed
