It’s not bad enough to hate and not good enough to praise. That’s disappointing for two reasons. The remake of Resident Evil 2 was excellent, and the Mr. X encounters suggested that Capcom could update Resident Evil 3 and do something interesting and innovative with Nemesis.
Instead, Capcom chose the most boring path possible.
Resident Evil 3 remake got ported to Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 3 Remake will be the fifth entry in the series to receive an iOS port for Apple devices.
PS Plus Extra and Premium are set to lose 9 games in March, 2025, including Capcom's survival-horror game, Resident Evil 3.
Out with the old in with the new. Some decent games here but nothing that couldn't be grabbed for a fiver or less if you wanted to keep playing.
Ps plus library pick-up games have been great lately so can't be upset losing these when we are getting stuff like gow Ragnarok or the man who erased his name even the classics have been good lately
i mean, you're extremely wrong, but whatever for the hot clicks
I actually thought it was pretty damn good. However, I felt it was a little shorter than the original, and from what I recall from the previous game, Nemesis chased me a hell of a lot more in the older addition. The graphics, and the dark atmosphere was top notch. My biggest let down was how short it was.
RE3 has two problems: it's a little too short, and it was used as a tool to make people play Resistance and spend money on lootboxes.
But one thing you can't say from this game is that it's boring. The (short) experience is really good, and I'm glad Nemesis didn't overstay its welcome like Mr X in RE2.
Completed it a day prior to release in a little over 2 hours. I have absolutely no compulsion whatsoever, to play through it again with it's insipid, uninspired boss encounters, some of which you can beat by simply running around in a clockwise or anti clockwise circle. I'd have sold it the following day to recoup my wasted investment, were it not for world events.
I absolutely loved the Re2 remake and would score it a 9. This instalment, although entertaining, I'd score a 6 for it's lack of content, run time, no challenging puzzles and poor boss encounters.
