Jacob S. from Link-Cable writes: "Last month, we started our mini-series featuring the six next fighters that should be joining the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster by introducing Dr. Eggman as our first selection, but for today’s selection, we will be going a different route. One that not only highlights one of gaming’s most important faces but one that may very well be too hardcore to even be placed in the roster to being with. We are of course talking about the Doom Slayer who has rip n’ teared his way through countless adventures over the years and he will be doing so as our second pick to be joining the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster."
There are plenty of fighting games to rumble in with a Nintendo Switch.
From the multi-man smash to the Subspace Emissary, there are many beloved Super Smash Bros. modes throughout the years.
All of the Super Smash Bros. games analyzed in terms of their art styles, from the original on N64 to Ultimate on Nintendo Switch.
Absolutely this. Doomguy would have been waaayyyy better than a crappy ARMS character.
I disagree. He's not recognizable, since you rarely see him in 3rd person. The Doom series have been around forever, but Doom guy is not iconic. People who are mainly casuals will mistaken him for Master Chief. Use that SSBU character slot for more deserving characters
I dont think it will happen. Yes bayo, snake and joker are from m rated games, but the violence in all those games is pretty tame compared to doom. Japan is more touchy about violence as well.
Even if he was added, he would be watered down and fans would be pissed. Dont expect him to whip out a chainsaw or perform a glory kill final smash
No way he'd be far too OP
