Well, piracy is rampant on the switch also. Really more Nintendo's fault for not securing their platform.

Piracy is not rampant on the Switch. Only the early consoles are vulnerable, and they can't go online if hacked. The vast majority of owners wouldn't know how to hack even if they could.

Emulation is another story, although as you can see from this footage, the game has issues on the emulator. I certainly wouldn't want to play it that way.

emulation is not piracy, period. also if someone pirate the game for emulation they can do that on original console aswell, its the individual at fault. .
