Bioshock 2 is better than Infinite

NecrumOddBoy1899d ago

Bioshock Infinite had great game play with a strong beginning and ending but I agree Bioshock 2 was a better game overall. Infinite was way too linear

HeisenbergX1899d ago

Yes IMO Infinite has the best intro/begining of all Bioshock games and the first few hours are really excelent, but after that it is all down hill and i don’t agree with you with the ending being strong.. or did you mean the last couple of levels and not the ending of that ridiculous story ?

Also the gameplay in Infinite is sooo dumbed down compared to the previous games it’s sooo shallow and simple

BioShock 2 is my favorite

Orionsangel1899d ago

I think Bioshock Infinite left the biggest impression on me. I still think of that world to this day from time to time.

Elda1899d ago

I'm playing the collection & it's been like playing for the first time since it was eons ago when I first played these games.

swifty11899d ago

I started the bioshock collection, and I can’t find anywhere on the menus to select which game to play, it only gives me the option to play infinite. Am I a moron and just missed it?, or did we only get infinite with ps plus ? And not all three games? I thought all three games were included

Elda1899d ago

I got all 3 games from PS+. You may need to delete & go to the store & download again. If I'm not mistaken I think once you download 3 icons/apps should pop up 1 with Bioshock 1 & 2 & the other icon/app with Bioshock Infinite the 3rd app/icon is nothing.

Yui_Suzumiya1899d ago

One disc has BioShock and BioShock 2 and the second disc has Infinite.

Yui_Suzumiya1899d ago

I've played them all dozens of times and still can't get enough ❤❤❤

Smokehouse1899d ago

Goes in order imo. 1,2,infinite. Love all 3 though. 1 is my fav game in general.

KwietStorm_BLM1899d ago

2 was disappointing to me because it felt like DLC or lost levels to the first game. Story was good, but I felt like it was the same thing. And I went through the whole playthrough on one life.

Elda1899d ago (Edited 1899d ago )

I agree somewhat far as it feeling like it was a lengthy add on but it was fun to me. I'm playing it now,on the last area of Inner Persephone.

anast279d ago

ha. I almost forgot about that.

Jin_Sakai282d ago

Might as well just cancel it.

just_looken280d ago

Unless its batwoman were they right it off

It's 10 years too late for a BioShock film. The world of Rapture would have been perfect for a film. It's actually a good candidate for proper utilization of 3D, for increased depth rather than bullshit popping out of the screen. It could really show off the underwater city that way. But BioShock as a brand is so irrelevant these days that a film just doesn't make sense. Especially considering it would need a big budget and top notch effects to really take advantage of the IP.

gold_drake282d ago

i agree on the bigger budget. all the cgi they'd need for the background.

but i think it would work better as a show. a movie would be too short to establish the story

TheNamelessOne282d ago

Netflix greenlights anything, so that shows me very little faith in the project. Enough to just crap something out as they're, more and more, known to do.

badkolo280d ago

its where b movies go to live, its run by democrats , dont expect anything good from netflix

Knightofelemia282d ago (Edited 282d ago )

I'll laugh if it turns out to be better then the Borderlands movie
